GastroSuisse, the Foundation for the Promotion of Taste, Slow Food CH and the Fédération romande des consommateurs (FRC) united under the Association “Promotion du fait maison”, have awarded the Restaurant Miroir d’Argentine the label Homemade. This label distinguishes itself, on a voluntary basis, from restaurants whose dishes are prepared entirely or mainly in their own kitchens, without using pre-cooked dishes and products.
The label responds to three values expected today by the general public:
