In the heart of Solalex’s mountains, above Bex commune, surrounded by the magnificent mountains circus you can find Restaurant Miroir d’Argentine. You will not find South American’s cuisine, “Argentine” is a reference to the silver reflects of the mountain which seems so smooth that it waa named “The Miroir d’Argentine”.

Local and seasonal products are the center of our cuisine, taking our time to cook them the simpliest way, sometimes revisited, but always with passion.

GastroSuisse, the Foundation for the Promotion of Taste, Slow Food CH and the Fédération romande des consommateurs (FRC) united under the Association “Promotion du fait maison”, have awarded the Restaurant Miroir d’Argentine the label Homemade. This label distinguishes itself, on a voluntary basis, from restaurants whose dishes are prepared entirely or mainly in their own kitchens, without using pre-cooked dishes and products.
